Mimic

You're a treasure chest, you're a monster! You're a Mimic!

Mimic is a stealth platformer puzzle game where you must trick adventurers into grabbing your sweet loot!

To move around, use either <a,d> or <Larrow, Rarrow>. Use <space> to jump. To interact with objects (doors, trap doors, and orbs) Press <e>. Use your stealth sense to see the adventurer's line of sight by toggling with <q>

While stationary, enemies won't interact with you even if they see you. This changes once you pick up an orb. If you pick up an orb, adventurers will magically be interested in checking out your loot- stay still and let them come to you and they will perish if you're holding the right orb! Be careful, though. If you have the wrong orb in your hand, they will get mad and kill you! If you're caught moving around, they will kill you on the spot. But remember, you're a chest! Falling from a height, or sliding down the slope is not going to get you caught.

There are also some puzzle elements- sometimes the world gives you a clue on the best way forward. Remember to use your stealth sense to gauge when an enemy will see you, you have to prepare and stop before it's too late. Be careful about getting caught- there is permadeath and you will get kicked right back to the start! Beat each level by killing every adventurer in the level. Good luck!
